So I got pulled over the other day and I’m just not sure what to expect . I’ve heard a lot of different things but my main concerns are , 1. Can I be fired for these violations/ warnings . 2 can I lose my CDL temporarily or indefinitely because of this . What’s the best way to handle this also if I get the equipment warning fixed will that get the warnings Dismissed?
Got my first citation/warning, will I be fired?

You should be fired for it. Those are so simpleLast Call, flood and Diesel Dave Thank this.

I'd fire you for it because you clearly didn't do a pre-trip.
flood Thanks this. -
What were you doing off a truck route ? Seems that’s what started all this.
Iamoverit Thanks this. -
Im not even in an 18 wheeler I’m just hauling a spooling trailer I was empty and 2 miles from my home which is in town . I came off a farm market road onto a county road there were no signs indicating that it wasn’t a truck route . I did a pre trip but I didn’t catch the license plate light and I didn’t check for the triangles which was the only thing I was missing
