I watched it several times. I didn't see lights on that trailer. You could see the trailer fine. I think it was just last moment that the guy realized it was just sitting there.

 

Another reason why there must be shoulders everywhere

 

In their infinite wisdom, the British Columbia authorities decided to put in a car pool lane (almost unused) for various environmental reasons instead of the safety related breakdown lane.

 

i found it "comical", that the man later holds up his arms as if the say..."WTF dude".....???

truck driver was hauling the mail.......his fault for the accident.

 

Looked to me like the cement truck driver wasn't paying attention...

 

If I saw a trailer in a lane of travel with no brake lights or flashers then I would presume that it was moving, not sitting still.

 

Cement truck was daydreaming. Speed limit is low on that bridge and it’s foggy about 2 days or more a week . If pick up wasn’t broken it could just as easy be a slow super b crawling through there he was distracted.

 

Why did the guy have the dump trailer raised?
