It won't be until next month atleast before even touch the test. Originally was going to do it on the 18th. But looks like they closed registration on that day and cancelled another one.

Only the states that have a LPG commission (or what ever they call it in that state). The driver and the vessel has to be certified for the states that require it.

You have to have a license from each state. I took the test once, in Texas. Due to reciprocity agreements I have licenses from TX, AR, NM, and LA. The company renews them for me every year.

Not really, the carriers are following the laws set by those states. Linde & etc would do the same if they had to.

Complete computer training and complete driver training. Then once your approved to be on your own. Drive safely, keep your hands at 10 & 2, stay off your cell phone, and don't set off the drive cam.

Also do monthly computer training and videos on time. And attend all safety meetings.

    RockinChair and viper822004 Thank this.

Yes but you don’t have to get certified for every state you run in. Once your trained and certified your good to go nation wide. Of course your not gonna know how to load out of every plant, but that’s where the operators step in.

I had to do those online courses. One on hazmat took like a hour. Meanwhile the thing talks to you slowly. Then had a I think 30 question exam. If fail it twice need to go over it all again.... took me 3 times. It just dragged on and on. Most didn't even apply to me. Because it was just a all around hazmat thing

Yes I'm aware did roll and rest argon for a while. Thats why I said Linde and all the others would do the same if states required them to. Private cryo carriers like to set there bar above the requirements.
