I'm not an o/o but I have heard good things about Jett in Searcy, AR.
Good things about the money coming in...nothing else. I can't say that the driver I talked to had much to say beyond that.

I know he will take any truck that will pass a dot inspection and he will help you get a trailer.

The following companies lease on any age trucks.
    CRST Malone
    Bennett Motor Express
    Merrell Transport, LLC
Bennett Motor Express will also lease on drivers with heavy duty pickup trucks.

Indeed.com Type in “Owner operator class A” and you should get a list of em.
I don’t think they are hiring right now but avoid Forward Air! The last 2 months I’m only getting 1500-2000 miles a week. A lot of people are leaving.

I was just told a few Months ago that Forward Air was a excellent company to Lesse onto because of their multiple freight contracts. Especially out of Columbus, OH
mainly because of the mid west volumes.

Contract freight gets revisited. Things change. Lots of desperate underbidding on carrier/broker side. I know, I lost work a few months ago. Picked up some more, but things are still tight for the amount of carriers.

Don’t believe me here’s just a sample of our drivers only facebook page. Note the 3rd comment is from a team truck.

Whow, I'm glad I'm hearing this now and reconsidering what I was told by a smaller carrier O/o who stated and took me to their yard in Ohio.

Not good news when a team is only getting 4000 mi's isn't the best. All of this is making me realize there's a lot of fabrication from some drivers occurring. With 1700 Power Units in most major cities across North America I thought they were becoming the most organized Freight Carrier out there. Considering this Freight recession it goes to show that most bigger Megas still will have tons of issues.
