Desperately looking

Hello!

I posted looking for a job not too long ago, but my situation has gotten pretty bad. The dedicated account I was on has been suspended for an unknown amount of time. I get paid percentage, which was great for that particular account, but now the company has me running brokered freight and it's literally cut my pay in half, if not by more.

The biggest issue I have right now is a rear end accident that happened on 12/22. It was very minor; non reportable, and the ticket I got was dismissed. I understand it's an insurance thing, but no one will work with me. That's all I have in the past 3 years, and you'll come up on a weird accident in 2019 that I wasn't at fault for and didn't get any citations.

I'm the breadwinner for my mom and me, and my dogs. We were getting caught up, and suddenly this happened. I had no notice, and my company wasn't even aware of what was going on, but if they can't provide consistent income, then I need to move on. I really don't want to try applying to Western, but at this point I don't even know if they would take me.

I have almost 5 years of experience, X endorsement; hauled van, reefer, intermodal, and some tanker. I'm very easy to get along with, understanding and patient to a fault. I work hard, and there's not much I won't do for a company that does for me. I am a disabled vet, I have knee issues that would make flatbed and food service a bad idea, but I can handle pallet delivery. I want to be home as much as possible, but right now that may just not be an option.
