I worked for a major trucking company and the last entry in my DAC from them was from when I had went home for my first childs birth and it said must review in the section of if I would be rehired. It has nothing in there about going back and finishing the time on the road with a trainer or driving solo for six months.
I had also had an incident that was preventable in a recievers yard where a tree got stuck inbetween the door and the side of the trailer breaking away the hinges so the trailer had to be dropped off at a reapir place to have new hinges put on. It was dusk, tight turn, and everyone there said it was only a matter of time before the tree became an issue. I was trying to set myself back up for a back in an area that was meant for a shorter trailer and daycab.
So I don't want to leave anything out in an app but I do not want to volunteer anything either. I'm an honest person so by nature I include everything. If it wasn't reported then what am I to do? Did I maybe not see what employers see when they order the DAC?
Company made DAC Report incomplete?

With review is normal in the rehire section. It means you wern't fired and could be rehired with a review.

I contacted the company and I was informed there was an error and not all my time was being shown in the system. They were going to fix it then it would update my DAC.

That will also mean that the accident will show up as well.
