    (deep breath)

I'm sorry to be so "ranty" today, I'm having a very bad day. Very very bad day as we all do from time to time. I have been very patient up to this point and while I know nothing said here will help, it helps to rant a little.

Trucking is like playing poker, sometimes you got the right cards and sometimes you get the rags I got this week.
With all that said, I still think JCT is a good company for the most part and all of this is NOT their fault, or mine (dot dude) it's just the hand I got and win or lose you gotta play em.

my DM is being cool and trying to do what he can, however there is just not much that can be done. It's a waiting game and I suck at it.

There are a lot of people here that want to have it their way and I'm just at the end of the #### line but that's the way it goes......

    Sorry all

It's not a perfect world bro, but one thing I've seen is that you can count on is your friends here, I wouldn't be poking fun at ya if I didn't like ya...........

Just look at the political correct bs I gotta put up with where I work................ And I'm about as UN "p/c" as they get............. Dad says I'm a chip of the old block, LOL!

I got loaded today in Ogden with 20k load, before I left I checked out the internet for weather conditions and road closures it looked bad so I contacted my DM about taking an alternate route instead of I80 thru Wyoming I could take I15 south to Provo jump on State rt 6 to I70 east to State rt 191 south to State rt 491 to Gallup jump on I40 east to Oklahoma. I looked at the weather conditions all the way thru the route and the lowest high temp was 53 degrees with NO SNOW, but NO the planners said I have to stay on I80 head into a snow storm and SIT for who knows how long. I missed the part in orientation about being a company driver paying a truck note. The reasoning was we can't be on I70 west of Denver during the winter in case I broke down, I would be on it for 22 miles and the weather in that spot was 65 degrees. the route I wanted o take was only 63 miles out of route and I told them i would eat the 63 to keep moving. So here I SIT getting ready to go back to sleep because I'll have to run hard tomorrow and I won't mention on here how many miles that is to get the load there on time, but that's expected of me.
