Details on it are toward the bottom of that page, below the testimonials. IMO, there is nothing more important than our country, and bringing it back under the terms of the US Constitution. And right now, people are screwing it, and us, for all they can take.

Take part if you can, we need to send the folks in DC a nice, clear, easy to follow message. Who knows if it will make a difference, but at least they'll realize we're paying attention to more than their fancy headlines.

 

Guns are tools, so the result of their use and possession is only as good as the individuals bearing them. It's the intelligence behind the tool that is crucial. I have my doubts about many Americans. We're a culture in intellectual and moral decline and the fetishizing of objects (like guns) is an indication of that process of infantilization. Toys to play with as we cannibalize our great tradition for excuses as to why we're weak and stupid.

 

wheathauler, doing much hauling? Grain has really slowed down around here, must be most of local elevators have cleaned out enough, for awhile. I did hear my local manager say they were not moving any more out, as the price was too low. Apparently they have enough room for the upcoming wheat harvest. My son unhooked from our grain trailer last week, and hooked onto one of the local salebarns cattle pots, and has been hauling cattle, Tuesday through Friday. Should have another week of that kind of hauling, then most of the cattle should be off of wheat pasture, so that income will dry up also. It will be ok, with me, as I am about ready to start planting corn(when the ground drys and weather permits), and I can keep him busy until the wheat harvest, then he's back to hauling grain. Hope you are keeping busy, with some money coming in?

 

Intelligence doesn't carry as much weight as training and self-discipline IMO. One thing I learned in the Army was the dumbest member of my platoon could be the most useful if he was the one paying attention to training, and staying diligent. That said, some of the most intelligent were the most incapable, useless bastages ever to waste air. So, it's really more of a balance between intelligence and usefulness, and let's face it - there are alot of useless tools in the world!

The point of my posting is far more about reinforcing the US Constitution, and our rights as citizens of the United States of America. If you read these issues very closely, it's only somewhat about the right to bear arms. As a whole, we have stood on the sidelines for many years watching things come to pass, and largely doing nothing about them or their consequences. In recent times, it has only become far more apparent to us as a people, as we watch the devastating consequences of policies that we, as a people, paid "representatives" to come up with, only to watch the worst occur as a result.

The general public whines and ####### and moans, and then rushes off to work so that they can buy the things they "need" to make life more livable. We exist in a society today that is truly appalling when you step back and take a look at it. What do most people strive for? Wealth? Comfort? Luxury? Look at the consequences - we are a weaker nation because of these mainstream views.

Years ago, it wasn't about wealth and comfort and luxury. It was about basic human rights, freedom to believe and become what you strove to become. Our ancestors fought the most advanced army and navy in the world, and many died, with nothing more than basic supplies, weapons, and stronger beliefs that eventually turned the table. They left us with the best they could furnish - a strong nation and our freedom and rights.

When was the last time you looked ahead to the future and saw promise? It's been a long time for me, because I know better. There are too many strategies in place against us every single day, and more coming about. Most of these "strategies" fly in the face of the US Constitution, and our rights as citizens of the United States of America. "We Are the People", or are we? Look around, and decide whether things are really the way you want them - because you pay for them every single day, more and more.

Just food for thought - I'm not running for office - just wanted to share something with some friends in hopes that many will stand with me for a better future. It's not about guns, it's about freedom.

 

There still only taking wheat from 7am to 12pm. Its been really busy between those times. I cant believe how slow the freight is rite now were really slow for us. How you doing much moving yet?

 

ADM has 2 mills in Ark City...most likely delivering there.

 

wheathauler im sure if its going to ark city its wheat going to adm. We haul alot of flour out of that mill to tulsa and okc. Pretty nice mill they take alot of loads of wheat per day down there. When i used to pull grain hopper for my dad we hauled alot of wheat out of western ks to there , and back hauled rock out of cedarvale back to the feedyards outwest of sublette my home town lol. I miss those days lots of good times.

Yep, ADM in Ark City, my son hauled a few loads there in the past, wheat, if I remember correctly. He said it was a good place to unload.
