1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for the long post, although I couldn't read that nonsense. I get the caps because you want me to realize you are screaming but it makes it impossible to read. So, I won't waste my time.

The other posts didn't take much time. You only have 30 something and they are all basically just giving out your phone number and email address. Not hard to breeze through those.
Get upset much? You should chill out. :biggrin_25524: Could that possibly be the reason nobody wants to hire you? Yep, I'd want a hothead just like you working for me. You betcha.

since I started this thread or whatever this discussion is I have bought two more trucks and found 2 dependable and reliable drivers. I appreciate all the input and different thoughts about wages and job expectations.
I find it interesting what drivers think their job is worth and what they feel their compensation should be. I tell the drivers what I am able to pay and what is expected and they make a decision if it is worth it to them. If it is not well then the best of luck and hope they find something to their liking.
I cannot make promises that I cannot keep to con a man into working with me. As of now I have 4 drivers that not only work with me but I consider to be friends. Their well being is always considered when any business decisions are made. I check in from time to time and read the responses and find them informative.
truckin isn't easy and it takes a special talent to stay focused and work safely while putting in long hours. I have a lot of respect for good safe drivers.

I drove for ARROW that is now gone. I hauled Brunswick boats for them, from McAllen, Tx to Canada. I am a VietName vet, and live on the road.
I need a truck to loaf the USA. Got a Flatbed, I'm your driver. Call me - Roger (210) 632-1778 ASAP.:biggrin_25515:
