Just tell any recruiter, you curbed a tire and that's all there was to it.

 

Try looking in Craigslist or maybe end dump, concrete mixers, and construction companies in your area. Someone will give you an opportunity. I had that problem when I just started. Got my CDL on my own and nobody would hired me until I found someone on Craigslist. They paid me on a 1099 but didn’t care since I was getting my experience.

It is rather unfortunate that this has happened to you, I guess TMC has a standard that they require, however this is not the end of the road for you unless you decide to stop putting an effort into applying with other companies. There are quite a few drivers in here that will have a whole list of companies you could still have an option to work for, the key may be where your located.
