Shower shoes……20 years ago when I was out with my trainer I made the mistake of getting to the shower in a hurry in some run down Illinois truck stop, realized by the time the water was running that I had my forgot my shower shoes, figured no biggee I’ll be in and out quick, no S’in you, my right foot has never been the same. You’re probably chuckling, and you have the right to, but learn from my mistakes and DONT FORGET YOUR SHOWER SHOES!!

 

I caught that one time and thought it would last forever, even with a doctor prescribing medication. Here's how I cured it and purely by accident. Went to the beach in Florida and spent the day walking on the beach where the water just laps up on the sand. The next day, my feet looked like I'd rubbed them with sandpaper. Within about 4 days, my foot problem was over and just as if I'd never had an infection. That was when I was about 20 years old and never had a problem since. I looked it up and salty sea water has many medicinal health benefits.

Amazing, isn't it? I've lived in Florida and wish I lived there now.

 

Those Florida girls that went to the beach often, when I was there a few years, had beautiful skin & hair. They just looked healthy, They seemed to know how to enjoy the sun, salt water & beach without overdoing it and damaging their hair and skin.

 

Agreed. DON'T FORGET THE SHOWER SHOES.
