    limp wristed judges.

    after the first time, revoke for at least 5 years, the driving license.

    make mandatory re-training, of at least 200 hours

    then pay 5 times the money for the actual license, and from there....PROBATION for at least 5 years.

    do this again..?? severe jail time, and lifetime ban on a license.

    i care less the inconveniences of the drunks life without a driving license.
