My buddy Jim and I talked to him a good while at the ATHS show. He had an old A model on he was taking to Florida, said it was going to be restored for Burt Reynolds like the Snowman truck.

Neat for showing off and bragging, stupid for practicality and usefulness. I'll stick with knowing which stack of bath towels or winter coat I need to grab for.

 

I spent enough years driving vehicles that randomly stall or die out going down the road that the automatic shutoff feature is not something I enjoy. Nothing says fun like that rollercoaster of thoughts when your vehicle shuts off at a red light only to remember that we're trying to save the planet.

So today we are installing an auto stop eliminator on the wife's Cherokee. Next we'll see about killing the seat belt dinger.
