Looking for some info on A. Duie Pyle, such as equipment, benefits, pay and in general if they are a good outfit to drive for. I have a job interview tomorrow with them, I currently work for The Sygma Network and Im looking to get into LTL.

I'm a wannabe Kilroy so I can't do much for you. I did slip over to the SafeStat site though and A Duie Pyle has a very, very impressive safety record. Man, I wish I could tell you more but my experience in trucking so far involves a computer. I've researched my butt off though and I'm convinced that a carrier's safety record has got to be a prime concern these days. Best of luck to you!

Take a look at thier website, last time I did it seemed pretty cool there. They're hiring at their West Chester PA terminal I believe. Have talked to drivers in the past not too much griping. I don't have my Hazmat right now or I'd give them a shot myself.

Hey thanks for the info, I'm pretty excited about getting the call from Mike today. Ive been working for Sygma for about 2 years now, and would really like to move on to LTL. Sygma pays well, but you really have to break your back for it, and work some tough hours.

Redsoxfan - Hey, not to get in your business, but do you know how much you start out around at A Duie Pyle. My friend is thinking about applying for a driving position there in Connecticut while at his current trucking job which has no work right now....but cant risk a high wage loss. You dont need to reply, I just thought Ide ask. Thanks

Just a quick update, talked with Mike today at ADP, and it looks very promising. Next Tuesday Mike will schedule a road test and DOT examine, plus drug test for me. So it all looks good so far. Just hope I get a 10-speed truck, or I might grind a couple gears.............LOL!!
