Back in high school I stuffed a built 429 out of a wrecked race car into a 3/4 ton 69 Ford camper special. Had to source a different flywheel so the crank wasn't balanced worth a ####. Hockey pucks for motor mounts she shook like a Harley.
Big old manual steering wheel with 6" of slop.
No idea what the gearing was but that old truck would run faster than any guardian angel could fly!
