Selling operating authority (MC)clean record 2013

I believe its wording is vague, easily misunderstood. DOT# is not Transferable. Only MC.

 

Second paragraph says it stays with the company when company owners are changed. The way I interpret that is if the company is sold it all goes with the owners of said company.

 

How much would you sell it for?

Do you realize that you only get the MC# not the DOT number, you will be issued a new one. The insurance compaines will be able to view this information.

 

Lots of people who run Amazon loads buy MCs. I know a guy who already messed up 5 and now is on his 6th MC.
Also lots of double brokers buy MCs to do shady stuff.
Usually clean MCs with inspections go for $10-15k
