Where is everyone #5

Its definitely true. I find when I use dumbbells I have to cut the weight or reps by about a third vs using a barbell. Sometimes I'll wear myself down with dumbbells, then do the same movement with a barbell to really get a good burn.

I was never really much a fan of machines. Sure you can isolate specific muscles but you miss out on all those secondary muscles.

 

I was having comfort issues with the Accuvue brand contacts. They would irritate my eyes after 3 or 4 hours of wear to the point I had to take them off.

When I put the Biofinity Toric contacts in earlier this evening it was a welcome surprise. They are a very soft lense. I've had them on since I made that post about them and they feel great.

It's never too late to have your vision checked and do a little something to take care of yourself.

Side note... I only paid $95 for a 6 month supply of the Biofinity Toric lenses. That is a good deal for me because I paid $146 for years while wearing the Accuvue Oasis lenses.

How many days do you wear the lenses or do you put new ones in every day?

 

A 10-4 young’n be glad to send one your way…. Seems a little bland so some salt / pepper might be needed. Hope ya get to feeling better….

I been in rain since I left Florida, in WV now and it has just recently stopped. That storm last night slowed me down but no issues….

 

Setting in traffic earlier between exits 40 & 46. Multiple signs starting at exit 15 saying use left lane through exit 46, and signs saying no trucks right lane starting at exit 40…..
