Trailer redeck to pass the time today.

Got snow coming tonight so it's time to clean up the shop a bit and go gas up the plow truck

 

In spite of the flu, I went out yesterday to get replacement rotor rubber and scraper for our little Toro, and replaced it inside the house to be ready just in case, for the "blizzard", that so far is mostly rain, but in Michigan, if we don't like the weather we wait 15 minutes to see if it changes. Got the blower tuned up and started late last night, so we're ready.

Winter's finally here. Ended up down to about 70 on the Lizzie and decided to bail off and drive on unplowed range roads. May not have gained any speed but at least I wasn't all over the highway every time I pressed the go pedal. Plus I was away from all the morons. I'll never understand why everyone bunches up when traction does not exist.

 

Did a tread mill stress test this morning.
After that went and did my DOT physical. Passed them all. Figured I better get me some nutrition.

The body responds to how it was trained. We’ve all seen the big goofball dude who works out in the gym but can’t open a fresh jar of mayo, or hit a home run or lift an engine block out the back of a pickup. In other words, big and useless. He never hit the stabilizers. The stabilizers are what give the appearance of great physical strength.
