I think I'd skip the butter.

 

CommDriver, your man card is now suspended for a period as long as it takes to bake and eat a Cinnamon roll with butter.

 

I haven't been there in many years, but their apple pie used to be fantastic. Have them melt a slice of cheese on it, (chedder or American processed) and it was really HEAVEN! OTOH, their coffee was strong enough to pour into the fuel tank!

 

The soup's, you gotta try the the soup's.

 

Their service is awful - especially late night. And yeah, I've had a lot better cinamon rolls.

 

Johnson's Corner has been at their location for as long as I can remember.
I recall stopping there with my Grandparents on the drive from CoSpgs to Cheyenne when I was 7 or 8. (I am 55 now). It was one of the first actual bonafide "truckstops" in Colorado, catering to TRUCK Drivers (first) long before Interstate Highway travel.

 

No problem. The last time I was there I got one to go and heated it up in the microwave in the truck. I saved half of it for the next day.
