So i guess i say what happened. Delievery got canceled for today. I was on the phone and was doin exactly what i was being told to do but the motor would shut down everytime i would bring up rpms. I ended up talkin with another person over the phone and tellin me to do almost exact same thing except this time the motor didnt shut down. I dont know what i was doin wrong and only got 13 gallons out. Someone gonna come out and help me for tomorrow. The biggest problem is that my trainin wasnt consistent. I never got 1 whole week straight of trainin. My trainin was like 3 days one week 3 days another week and then only 1 day another week and none of this was my fault i was here with the company all of December didnt go home for holidays.
-
I had asked for more trainin before i went out on my own but was told i would be okay and i just rolled with it and welp it didnt turn out good.

Probably started at a not great time of the year. Since from my experience so far. Both November and December is bad on cryo end. Currently seems fine. But who knows. Still new at this.
On training. Think I was at it for maybe a month until I felt fine solo. Pretty much when I was doing everything while trainer didn't need to say anything. I know I was good. Because at that point the trainer only pulled and backed the trailer.H827OUT Thanks this. -
Jeez our new guys get 4 to 8 weeks of training and they try to get to every different situation.
scythe08 and IH Truck Guy Thank this. -
Welp another thing that happened in December was that the truck i had before was being weird. Supposedly the truck was okay and it needed a PM. Well the day of the PM was the day the truck gave me the red STOP ENGINE light. That happening on the truck didnt really matter though cuz the trainer went home and i was stuck doin nothin for days. I got that same truck back like 3days later and was told to go to Gary Indiana and wait for trainer until he came back from his home time. It was like 4-5hour drive from where i was at cant remember where i broke down. Soon as i was 40miles away from Gary, i ended up gettin the red Stop Engine light again. My experince here has not been great. This was when i asked for new trainer cuz i was so frustrated just waitin around and i knew that if i didnt get enough trainin that it would lead to what happened today. The 2nd person i talked to over the phone today for the unload, i explained to him what my experience was so far and he said, he was gonna talk to the pres of company. Man i told him right away that i wasnt tryin to throw anybody under the bus lmao. He said its not about that, it's about me havin the proper trainin to do the job. I was just like okay cool.
I wish i wouldve started same date you started cuz i wouldve known what to do by now. I came in on the last week of Novemeber as soon as i got the call if i wanted the job, i got flown in. -
