    I pay $450 per month. That's quite a bit to park.

    I renewed my insurance for another year. I got a much lower rate from Progressive than Great West. I left Great West.
    I'm kind of happy that in my fifth year, I finally pay what others pay for their insurance.

    Maybe I should call as a new guy to see if they lowered the rate for parking. The parking looks more empty after so many left the parking lot after going bankrupt this year.
    But that's wishful thinking...

    No issues. Gated. Owners are around every day. Parking is up one level from the street. Can't see the yard unless you drive over it on 94W. M&J Truck Parking S Canal at W 25th Pl. The family also has a lot at 401 N Cicero Ave. 24hr security. Spaces $225
