I have a jackknife on I40 when it was big snow, the tractor war hurt, it is about $10,000 for repairing with a $750 deducted if insurance claim. so the company doesnt want to pay me the one week salary..................... that is fair???????????????

Try contacting the Labor Board in your state, they will probably force the company to pay you. But you will probably have to find another job once they find out you filed a claim with the Labor Board.
It worked for me, I left a company for another job and they didn't want to pay me the vacation pay I had coming. The Labor Board made them pay me. The company I left was furious about the situation, nonetheless they paid. The process took several months. -

Chances are, if they withheld money, it was because you signed papers when you started, that stated they could.
Also, a good chance you lost your job, so you may as well fight them anyways....

File a lien on a truck and trailer and have the state police seize it for you.
