When I left there was a lot of empty trucks in the yard. And holly from recruiting said she could get someone in by Monday. That was on Thursday!
I will not sit and bash JCT but I will say there are some changes going on. I don't know what but something is for sure.
*update*
I've been busy trying to get back in a day to day schedule and let me just tell you, my god there is only 24 hours in a freakin day! It's been brought to my attention that I need to work on my socal skills.... Pffft whatever!!!
I had a drug test yesterday for a company to haul oversized loads, and all looks good. It's a local guy and for the most part I will get to be home nights and weekends! Yea me! lol
I don't know much about oversized but when I told the guy he had to buy me apple pie he just said " ok no problem". So I thing everything will be ok.

I must say that I agree with you fr8shkr. Even tho I have hit a few bumps in the road and bumped heads with an office personnel from time to time, this is still an excellent company. Even right now, as I sit here wondering when my truck is going into the shop, I have no desire to go anywhere else. As you said, the positives outweigh the negatives by far. This is all part of running a business. I guess if it was always easy everybody would be doing this lol
herkyboy, mushroom1464 and dabs Thank this. -
haystack
LOL lemme tell u where I'm at. IDAHO
took all day yesterday to load my apples. Then by then it was 10pm so I decided to call it a day
hope the coffee was good. Anyways, like any other company that "greed" bug has finally shed light and went into overdrive. The rumor I'm getting from the company drivers is that they r still getting an awesome deal for them prostars. Last I heard was like for every w9 or 379 they trade in international giving him 10 prostars. Kinda strange at first but hearing it from several different company drivers. Gotta b some fact to it.
Anyways, overall it is still the best company to drive for only if you and your dm is compatible. If you talk to the right ppl in the office they are very supportive. The new ppl not so much.Vette1967, mushroom1464, dabs and 2 others Thank this. -

Jarbo,,,,, I don't want to elaborate on what or why. From reading your posts I can pretty much fill in the blanks. I hate that things ended that way. And I wish you luck with the oversize. I will keep my eye open for a wide load and gladly move over,,,, a lil bit lol but bare in mind,,,, u still owe me coffee! lol yea, there were about 12 trucks in the bull pen today. I went out there truck snooping. Mostly were brand new Prostars. And good luck on those social skills! lol

Again they seem to be going thru some changes as all companies do. It in now way makes them a bad company! I do seem to have an attitude issue acording to my wife, and it's all good. JCT did try to work out my issues with me, I just felt it was time to move on.The Challenger Thanks this.
