I know the idiot's at PTL know that they did something wrong to me but they won't admit to it because they don't want to take responsibility for their own actions so they're blaming me for something that they did.

 

Why did PTL go to so much trouble and effort to get you in trouble? You obviously scared somebody or pissed them off.
What do they have against you that they'd plant false evidence?
We need more details here.

 

I didn't do anything to piss anyone off or anything like that, I'm type 2 diabetic and I also have COPD high blood pressure & chronic bronchitis too.

 

Question still remains what is the problem with beer cans in the trash can?Motel room a pizza and a couple of beers is one my favorite moves.

 

PTL Lodge didn't allow alcoholic beverages in their motel rooms which I followed that rule the only things that I drank is regular Coke, Diet Pepsi, & Diet Mt. Dew

 

Is it a dry county?

 

There's only 1 rule when it comes to drinking beer in orientation, at a motel, or at the truck stop: Don't get caught.

 

Heck, at Suttles I went down for orientation/training to the Columbus Ohio terminal and the Thursday night before we were done on Friday they took us out to a decent restaurant for drinks and dinner on the company’s dime. Restaurant was next to motel so no driving. Good time!

I would love for that to happen to me at any company. I'd be sure to ask them how they knew the beer cans were mine. I'd ask if they had my fingerprints or any form of my DNA on said cans. I'd then contact a lawyer as this is a form of slander on PTL's part as well. Especially if I KNOW that I don't drink at all. I can't tell you what to do at all in this situation as I don't exactly have a stellar trucking career myself. My question is, why do you think they did that to you? Do you feel that they singled you out? Trust me. It's not impossible to get on people's bad sides in this industry. I've done it numerous times without trying man.

You can warn all of the drivers in the world that you want to. For every one of us who quits, there's at least 10 or more coming through that same door that we just walked out of. As I've seen written: "It doesn't matter if you stay or not cos your replacement is already being trained." That's why we have TTR. Sometimes you have to let them hit their heads and see on their own. Hell, they had all kinds of issues with Stevens Transport up here, but I took my ### anyway. In the end, it all fell on me as I was naive and didn't know how to handle myself like I do now.

You can let go of that dream too. No matter how much we want it to happen, trucking companies will never and I mean NEVER admit wrong even of they are. They have too much money and don't care how much they lose. They'll make it back in a week and you'll be forgotten like dust in the wind. The world keeps turning. From here, all you can do is check you DAC and Clearinghouse and dispute the information if there's any incorrect on either one. Good luck to you and I hope your career isn't ruined.
