    I try to attend Notre-Dame-du-Nord every year. Have a blast there.

    I didn't realize there was that many races.

    sure you can, but most of the french people are bilingual anyway, and there are many english people there.

    And yeah, communication in english is often done while there. Venders know many english speaking people attend so they can do both.
