    Ok, I am behind on child support ( but currently paying every month and trying to catch up!) Can I still get my Hazmat endorsement?

    Yes. The lifetime & x year disqualifing convictions mostly focus on terrorism, traffiking. Just google HazMat disqualification.

    I got behind some years ago. The only that happened to me was that the state of Tennessee sent a letter to the company I was with at the time garnish large amounts to catch it up. Man that was a rough period. I starved some weeks but I made it through. Hopefully you don't live in an overly intrusive state, like Tennessee can be. Lol
