That makes good sense that if one has prior training, knowledge, but you know how politicians think don't you? Seems they want to make everyone do the course all over again which is just a racket as far as I'm concerned. Guess the secret is keep your licence up to date and don't let it expire.

 

Your license expired. You going to have to start from square one. They still sell AZs at the ‘Shell Dixie and Brittania ?

 

Just go into a registry and renew your license. Don't answer questions you are not being asked.
Being out of country is completely acceptable.
