Haha of course you don't & the best part - I don't really care if you do or don't - all know now for sure though - is you live under rock, probably don't even record a post trip or have ever.

Well I gotta admit you made up a better story than I ever could. You would think I could have since I bought my first truck in 1977.
Have you ever thought about writing novels?
Fiction should be your specialty.Last Call Thanks this. -

I wonder just how many Chicagoland trucks get left abandoned due to their reputation, so how about instead of leaving it abandoned, torch it, away from other trucks of course.
ihaveaquestion Thanks this. -
Chicagoland doesn't own any of the trucks, “the middleman scam BS is their specialty in all facets” The truck manufacturer sells the trucks to a licensed/registered dealership partnered with the manufacturer, in turn, the local dealership sells trucks to a smaller company which is just an owner of the trucks and a markup company. The markup company just puts 30% profit on the weekly or monthly truck lease, the Driver pays. Chicagoland controls the money, pays the bills. That's it. If truck gets abandoned or left around, Chicagoland middleman just calls tow/wrecker has it brought to the nearest truck stop or all the way to Chicagoland and they scam another driver in the seat over and over and over past 5-10-15-20 years. When the truck hits 500k they give it back to the small company which is the owner of the trucks and they sell it used, tell the buyer it was a team truck. Meanwhile 20 drivers probably drove it. There's a reason when you look up a Chicagoland companies dot number there's only 5-10-15-20 units at some “random address that's an apartment in the middle Chicago somewhere”
So in math form.
- Freightline/Volvo make a 100 trucks
- State Dealership gets the 100 trucks to the Chicago lot
- Chicagoland buys 100 trucks, markup 30% added.
- Then Chicagoland sell 10 trucks each to 10 different 1099 scams that close and open every 6 months on purpose to prevent audit.
- After 20 drivers for about two years get scammed but run up 500k on the trucks dash. Only 5 drivers say we're reported to the IRS, the other 15 screwed over.
- The 100 trucks all end up right back to the Chicagoland like “TransChicago” truck group and just resold to the public.
- Repeat over & over & over & over 100,000 trucks or more

i think you have some of it wrong. there's more of a shell game going on and they do it well.
-
they have shell corps for everything all facets of the business recruiting, dispatching is all overseas, using google voice, vpn IPs, voips. the entire set up is all untouchable. That’s why USDOT/FMCSA needs the international criminal court ICC.
the apartments that they address the companies at with USDOT authorities… they’re blank apartment leases lead to nobody, there’s nobody living in the apartments. There’s somebody there, but they have no idea that there’s a trucking company there..with 5-10-15-20 trucks somehow parked at the complex
it’s the government’s fault for letting them set up the companies but the government has no way of dealing with them. They don’t know who they are anybody could open up a truck company with money.Last edited: Jan 25, 2024
