It would take massive testicle fortitude to matt that on 13" rubber.

When I was a boy on the farm we had a dog that killed a lot of skunks. You could see her hesitate and think about it that she would get sprayed but after a moment she just couldn’t resist and in she went to deal with it. She knew full well the consequences but couldn’t tolerate a live skunk

Dangit. Just have to pull it off to get home?

I hope you can fab something up to repair it. Aluminum isn't as easy to work with for me.

No I didn’t pull it off. I was trying to find something to shim it out away from the tire, I carry an adjustable steel workers wrench with a tapered handle for aligning bolt holes in my cab. Good thump in the nose with that and would be robbers will leave a trail.

I stuck it in the hole for tow pin and wrapped tarp straps tight to hold it back against the wrench. Seem to work ok to get me home…..

Where there's a will there's a way. Hope you make it to the house without any more problems.
