How did they get your drivers license number when you were driving a vehicle not registered to you?

    You pay the ticket.

But I'd be calling the driver license to confirm.

Lot of questions as to how you got it.

There isn't much you can do here. My license was suspended for not paying a ticket in time because of expired tags on my car. I didn't know my license was suspended til I got to the scale house. I had to pay the fines, then pay the reinstatement fee to get my CDL back valid. You'll need to call the city clerk and figure out what you owe. Pay the fines and keep it moving. A lawyer does no good at this point. You've went well past the court dates. The question is, what type of camera ticket is it? Speeding? Red light? The job isn't responsible because you committed the crime. They are wrong for not telling you, but at this point you just gotta fix the issue

My guess, Camera ticket company asked company who was driving the truck with 12345 plate number. Then they issued a ticket to that person mailed it to the company.,

once the company got the ticket, someone there must have filled out the ticket information, as to who the driver was...from there, the DMV got hold of that info, maybe mailed him a copy of the ticket, it could have been lost in the mail, so the DMV, got no response from him, and.....ZAP...suspended license.

i got a red light camera ticket, here it is a "civil offense" no points, just pay the fine, when i was driving my car..

on the form it gives date, time, location, and asks if i was the driver.....here i can say yes, or no, then provide the driver at the time of the infraction.....they then locate that person...

so i suspect that's what happened to the op.

his biggest beef is with the safety dept for NOT informing him...!!!

Well if that were the case (having his license info) they would have mailed it to the offending driver, not the company.
