#### how or when did estes catch up too old dominion pay? They both pay teams .90 cpm now thats craziness. Estes pays up to .84cpm for solo linehaul now? They paying more cpm to solo then companies pay teams wow.. still waiting to hear back from old dominion for this team driving job in conley, ga.

I called Monday and hr/recruiting said they would send an email and or forward my information to the terminal manager. She said if i dont hear back by Wednesday 1-24-2024 call her back and she will take care of it. So i called her again on Wednesday yesterday and she said she was sending a follow up email. So idk i guess ill call tomorrow again on Friday and see whats going on.

 

Extra board is .85. Solo line Haul is .80! Team is somewhere up there!

 

I think estes team extra board is .90cpm thats what old dominion is at as well. I thought old dominion was several cents per mile higher then estes but im impressed and always routing for estes they come a long way and are an amazing company.

Just got an interview for old dominion on Monday hopefully everything goes well. Im just nervous about drive test. I haven't driven a manual in 5yrs.

Thanks ill need all the luck i can get. When i get it ill let you know how my journey goes if you care for an update. Been wanting to work at Estes and old dominion for years but they never hire seems like lol for good reason. People never want to leave once they get in..

I think R&L teams pay better and / or you are pretty much guaranteed drop/hook at R&L terminals nationwide.

 

From my knowledge RL CARRIERS is great for teaming especially since they trucks go 72-73mph. But last i checked their pay was around .86cpm and estes and old dominion teams pay is at .90cpm. Also rlc allows pets and gives you a nice truck.

Unfortunately rlc pulled some bs on me and have me as not rehireable even though i never worked for them. I won't go into details its a long story but thats in a past and ive moved on from them.
