Those OEM radio's have volume limiters built in for "safety". I always just bought one at Walmart and swapped it out so I had full volume.

 

If you have an inverter, get a Bluetooth speaker. Your retard company can't mute your radio when you're in reverse, either.

 

Check in bunk to see if it has a speaker shut off switch

 

And factory sucks. You you ain’t gonna rock out with the factory deck.

 

Make sure you turn up the Bluetooth volume up on phone. If the source is recorded low then it won’t be very loud. Some podcast are recorded with Low volume.

 

Increase Treble EQ settings.
Isthere a chance you are noticing hearing loss for the first time?

 

I recommend getting a good quality headset instead. You'll be able to take calls and the sound quality will be better than the stock speakers one the truck.
