    That really sucks.

Did you get the pto to run without that loud noise you were talking about earlier?

    REALEGL Thanks this.

On some trucks you have to use the cruise control to bump up the throttle. What rpm's is the truck running at?

Yeah i found this youtube video last night that i tried out in the mornin and it worked perfectly. My trainer who also has the same truck doesnt have to go through several steps to get the pto running correctly. On his truck just hit pto switch, cruise control on and hold Set for the rpms to pump product.

There's definitely something wrong with that PTO. I only run argon and it's notoriously slow to unload, and the lowest flow rate I get is 80 gal/min and that's at customer tank pressures where I'm just barely able to keep the pump primed (280-300 psi), and before we recently had our PTO turned up 100 rpm to pump into those tanks better.

If I'm delivering to more typical tank pressures (150-200 psi) I'm easily pushing 120 to 130 gal/min at 60ish% throttle on the pump.

I'd also check the amount of hydraulic fluid, it may not have enough.

    REALEGL and viper822004 Thank this.

So you think its the truck pto then? Right now im at the unloadin place and it not pumpin anything at all.
I was told by a guy that i have enough hydraulic fluid.

I already contacted fleet manager cuz this some BS im dealin with.

Almost certainly a PTO issue or a product pump issue. Probably not running the hydraulic pump properly and you're not getting any hydraulic pressure to the product pump if it's that.

If it's not the PTO then I'm thinking something is wrong with your pump, and usually it's the impeller blades giving up the ghost and the pump not being able to pump anymore. Honestly, that may even be more likely.

What are your tank pressures you've had issues on and what's your discharge pressure? Are you catching prime and then losing it? Also, how long are you cooling down?

If you're getting discharge pressure higher than customer tank pressure, you're definitely pumping off and it's a meter issue. Pump-fed is the same as pressure-fed at the end of the day, just with the pump to raise the pressure and create a differential.

I did the cool dowm for 10minutes cuz thats what the countdown would show on computer to do. The psi on customer tank said to keep at 145 so thats what i was tryin to do, it was a huuuuge tank. On the trailer pressure was told to keep it 25-30 range.
I would get prime then i would close recirculatuon valve then it would pump for a bit and then pump nothin at all. Sometimes when it was at 0, it would start randomly pumpin again but it wouldnt go past 20gallons, then it would completely stop pumpin again.
On Friday i had the same issue, the difference is that i got to unload all product but while it was pumpin. It kept goin lower went from 72gallons all the way til about 28gallons per minute.

As for the pto, it didnt work before this took it to a peterbilt place and they fixed it. The shaft didnt spin at all before the fix.
