Ahhhh.....funny you say that. That's exactly one of the reasons why I don't go to the Politics section. Too many crybabies, coupled with endless misinformation, too many with one-sided thinking, too many blowhard who rely purely on insults to get a point across, too many blowhard who can't have a conversation with those who differ in opinion, plus, some of the members on here are outright racist and prejudiced and it shows in that section. I don't want to sour my opinions on them and put hate in my heart. I'm here for conversation, and maybe to offer and receive different perspectives. Not here to bash. TTR is a good resource, and I personally wish the Politics section would disappear but that ain't my call.

In my opinion, there's enough random hate, stupid people, and whatnot in everyday life and it would be silly to subject yourself to it willingly on TTR.
I've been there before, but it's doubtful that I will ever go back. Who needs it.
