I will try hard tomorrow to find the answer to this, but what I am thinking is there isn't a "list" but there is what was mentioned above Narcotics, amphetamines etc. explains and leaves it open daily because new drugs come out etc, they "may" not make a "list". They cover it all by making the narcotic drugs, amphetmine as a group instead of individual!
Let me check to make sure, but

Hey my silly computer made me hit enter before I was done (I think there is a ghost around me
).
Let me check to make sure, but I think they don't have a specific list of drugs. :smt082 -
In the mean time here is a page that goes over Alcohol and drugs.

My personal opinion is to "NOT DRIVE A TRUCK ON THEM" because they saw that many people on Ambien was waking up in the middle of the night and doing things they had no clue they was doing! It is scary so I saw! You might be at your terminal and mad at the Driver Manager and go in and do something crazy without knowing (honestly sounds like me, WITHOUT THE AMBIEN and being my boss; l.o.l., j/k)
So you might watch it regardless of what DOT states; but if DOT does not warn you from them; GO FOR IT! But I don't want you in any "blind" trouble it may cause!
This is very true I kind of forgot how in early days of taking ambien I would have kind of abnesia and have phone calls and stuff before bed and barely remember the actions next day. I will try to switch to tylenol pm or melotonin. I guess after long enought time that side effect is less but I had it for over a year. -
I completely agree, I use Melatonin a few times a week, and found that it seems to work better than allot of the different chemically induced sleep drugs on the market today. The normal dose is 3mg, but if your on the heavier side you can take up to 5mg. I will take it about 20 minutes before I lay down for the night. And, usually thats all it takes.
I have herd it is all natural, the same ingredient found in turkey. It was suggested to me by a pharmacists. When I first came back from my deployment I was having trouble sleeping. I think cause I was in a normal temperature, and it wasn't 140 degrees outside. But, anyways I would definitely recommend.
Also, pay attention to what martman said about getting into a sleeping position after you take the medicine, it will not work unless you are trying to doze off. I have a couple of times taken the pill and stayed awake too long, and the effects of the pill never took place. I hope you give it a try, it's a good one.
