It really looks like truck driving isn’t a good fit for you. There are a lot of other careers out there in this crazy old world.

Craigslist and Facebook both have trucker pages with jobs available.
Craigslist has lots of trucking companies that give 2nd chances. Maybe Facebook does also.

UNEMPLOYABLE. : lacking the skills, abilities, or qualities that are necessary to get or keep a job : not employable.

Based upon your violations it appears you are not even doing the most simplest of tasks with the job, and with an improper lane change in there to boot I think it's only a matter of time before you hurt someone, yourself, or damage property. I personally would not hire you. If you really want to work in this industry I suggest you shape up, be an example of professionalism. We already have plenty of mediocrity and just plain bad. Take a step back and re-evaluate what it is you really want to do as this might not be the best thing for you.

 

Plenty of driving jobs for you in the oil patch, you’d fit right in.

 

Definitely racked up some problems. Most of the major carriers are probably out.
