Isn't that something. In this day and age, doing a "lost craft" is starting to be held in higher regards. Now we are in Northern Ohio, and have a few BBQ places in the area. Or they call themselves a BBQ restaurant. But the friend that I am a unpaid assistant for is killing it with bbq. People around here are fighting to get it. He could by a bigger smoker today, or open a restaurant. Now we are not Texas BBQ, or St Louis. But everything we make is smoked over wood and fire. Even the sides. It's labor intensive, dry rub no sauce. We can't plan enough dates or smoke fast enough. Selling from a driveway, now almost sells out with pre-orders and have nothing left for walk-ups. Did a few private parties and now don't know how to schedule them and general public smokes. What I'm getting at, have a craft. Do it better than anyone else and you will stay busy. It's hard, because it's worth it.

Don’t get too excited running 35 in WV between the Ohio and 64….. there’s a couple humps that will put your suspension to the test. Otherwise 35 is a good road. Keep your hat pulled down low on the Ohio side lol. As you approach the bridge crossing the Ohio River, I’ve seen the guys with the wide brimmed hat setting in the middle just before you cross….. -
Lol, yea I’ve been accused here lately of doing certain things….

I tend to be on the slow side, but I've got a bad habit of get'n a run at a big hill when I see one up ahead..
Shoot, last week going eastbound i24 between Kentucky line & Nashville there were massive craters right in the middle of the super slab. Didn't help it was night & my headlamps don't reach out all to far. It was bad. I did see road crews patching out patching Wednesday at least..cke, CAXPT, Isafarmboy and 3 others Thank this. -
You still have all kinds of denial. So many white w900s out on these roads. Could have been anyone really. -
What gets me is that it's always the least desirable that wants the most desirable. That goes for men and women alike. Holy ####, don't people look in the mirror?
