Yup! Much nicer than the one they was there before.

I guess Ohio is rebuilding some rest areas too. Just hopefully they do these better than the ones on 71 by Lebanon. They've already demolished the ones on 33 near Marysville and it looks like they're going to do the ones on 30 right before you get into Indiana. Also the last ones on 70 before you get to WV.

I am glad my wife is the main bread winner, if not I would be looking at food stamps.

Where are the DOT cops going to hang out while they're rebuilding those?

That's a good question. I'm sure they'll find some median crossover somewhere where they can park and put their hands down each other's pants.

Those suckers at Prime and the like must really be hurting. I bobtailed to a Wally world by their HQ and saw a few other their freshly minted new OO's there shopping before their first trip and felt sorry for them. They seemed so lost and confused trying to figure out what they needed and I guess I should have recommended they get some crocs or flip flops to wear while walking around at truck stops. That was when there was more freight too, things must be way worse for them now.

Finally broke 2000 miles for the first time this year. I hit 2400 week before Christmas but I’m sure that was just because I had to drop student off before coming home. Before that I believe I had another 6-8 weeks below 2000 miles.
I’m optimistic things will get better for absolutely no reason.

Lol so we had a load this morning that didn’t deliver until the 22nd at Bonbright. We were on way to yard when we were told to take it to final asap. Get there dock worker refused to unload us.
Let dispatch know. They gave us a name of a person who gave the authorization for us to deliver it today. Lmao dock worker said she retired last year.

What happened? Are you going to have to wait until the 22nd?

    Gremlin304 Thanks this.

Nah someone worked it out and we delivered. The dock worker was complaining because he had to unload one extra truck for the day. The guy apparently only wants to unload 8 trucks a day.
