I have a 2014 cascadia with 849510 miles. My bunk ac works fine when truck is NOT idling but when I turn my truck on it stops blowing air. The controls still work but no air blows at the back. It has all 8 new batteries. Filters are clean checked fuses under hood also good. Does anyone know what it could be? I have a park smart system.

Mine had two fuses for the bunk fan . One for Parksmart and one for the truck .. I can’t remember if it was behind glovebox or under bunk..

Are the systems even designed to run when the truck runs?
Don't they have in cab systems tied in to the truck too?
The bunk heaters I had always shut down when the truck was turned on. Webasto and what not.
The sleeper vents however. Ran off the truck. Ac and heat.Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this. -
When my truck is running the bunk runs off the truck system. When I turn off the truck i turn on the bunk system. My problem. Is when truck is on the bunk vents don't blow any air. It only works when bunk system is on.

A mini split run off a generator. There’s a company named Pinnelas Power that makes kits to put a 6 gal boat tank on ur truck to feed ur generator.
