Where can I go?

My interview wasn't even an interview. They told me what I'd be doing and finished by telling me to discuss the job with my wife and get back to them with my answer.

 

Exactly . They just said we will take him after and told the hr representative to send me the offer letter to sign in an email when i got home the offer letter was in my email. I couldn't believe it i was so excited i still am. I've never been this happy to work for a company. I know ill make a lot of money and be able to make other investments now and change my life. This is what i got into trucking for to enjoy my job make lots or money and investments. Trucking is a foundation to build upon. Plus old dominion stocks have went up 40-45% year over year for the past 33yrs so you can make a lot in a 401k if you invest heavily in OD STOCKS.. the stock market only moves on average 7-12% per year.

Does OD offer any kind of performance bonuses? Examples like if you work a 6th day or stay out two weeks i know estes if you work a 6th day they pay them like a 100$ incentive.

 

No there's no performance based bonuses other than the safety bonus that's paid out every year in November

 

I didn't think so. Don't you get some kinda stock bonus at the end of the year depending how well od stocks perform? The terminal manager said everyone received $4800 this year is this true?

Don't really need to pay performance bonus they pay us very well im not complaining.

 

They pay a discretionary amount into your 401k every year on top on the guaranteed match. I've received as much as $13,000. It depends on how much you're putting into the 401k.

 

Wow thats a bonus in its own right ✅️.. OD really pays excellent .. i plan on maximizing my 401k mainly in all OD stocks.. that 13k appreciates over time and ends up being way more then 13k so thats actually incredible. I know they automatically put in 3% and will match 50% up to 6% if you max your 401k so ultimately they will match 6% in total 100% basically sounds like..
