new trucker

    hello all
    new to this forum and new to trucking. i finish school on the 9th of april, i have a small problem. i would like some input on which company i should go with. i have pre-hires from Stevens, Gordon and Werner. alot of differnet oppinions on this site so it can get overwhelming.

    welcome - glad you found us. This site is a great place to weigh the good and the bad of all companies from the real drivers employed by them! Search the threads. I hope you the site helps you with your decision!

    Welcome Geardrivin! All I can tell you is that Gordon has the best safety scores. Werner and Stevens have good Driver and Vehicle SEAs but high ISS-D score. Could be because they've had a bad run of luck with fatal and injury crashes of late. Best of luck!

    Hello, and welcome, Geardriven!

    The only advice I can give you on which company to go with, is to research, and have a few "top" companies, and then go to the threads about them....read the good, the bad, and the ugly about them.

    The more you know, the better able you will be to choose one that is just the right "fit" for you!
