Inc owners and motive app.

Hello guys,
I am new here. I joined Inc company for a few trial runs. I did drive with the Owner of this Inc. He liked my driving, back up, everything. He said I am ready to go on my own. Then he asked me to open Inc. I was shocked. I told him how can I open Inc if I am not Owner of the truck. I strictly asked to be on payroll and do everything properly.
Long story short, we used this Motive app. After this few runs I decided to not stay. Somehow 1 week after I left he drove on my log book in motive app. I am at home sleeping and it shows I drove. I call motive and they say it will be deleted. I could not believe what this guy is doing. Should I do anything else ?

Yes, I think he is under his own authority.I called motive app and they told me that my account is now deleted. I can not log in anymore. They also told me, all they can do is to delete all the data. He drove around 600km on my log.
They were as well violations in app, he was speeding.
