I never took 75 through Atlanta, but I have made the mistake of running 70 through Indy with a placarded tanker.

I had the exact opposite experience. Clear sailing while according to Google maps the bypass was backed up

Ive done it multiple times and never had an issue. If the loop is backed up I go through the middle .
