    The allegations were that Kim Pearson Custom Hauling, LLC was negligent, which led to a rollover and injuries sustained by Joshua Lyerly, a Pearson truck driver who was hauling chickens to a poultry processing plant.

    i personally cannot see a $6 million dollar hospital bill......

    maybe half a million at best.

    The 6 million included punitive damages….likely 5 million dollars, as his hospital bills were a million. A few months in a hospital could add up to a million.
