EXACTLY! Kabar has found a home at Marten. That's fantastic!
Marten didn't work for several of you. That's OK, too, not every driver fits at every carrier. But just 'cause works for Kabar doesn't mean he's lying.
It didn't work for y'all, does that mean you're lying? I don't think so.....

 

Thank you lonesome, Thats all I was trying to say. Drivers cause 50%+ of there own problems. To say that the company is evil and did all of this to me and I was a perfect angle is to live in a fantasy world. When you work for some one else you HAVE to follow there rules and do things they're why. If you can't you move on but realize that the problems where caused by this. I now longer work at May, Shaffer, Knight Ref. because I did not like there rules or how they did things. I don't hate any of them, I just would not work under there rules so I moved on.

 

Well after 20 months at Marten I turned the truck in yesterday to go on vacation and I sure hope it is not Marten I return to. I just did not like all the things they have taken away and forced on the drivers in that time. It was funny yesterday listening to a few old timers there talk about the letters that Randy writes to drivers to put them down if they have an accident about how much money it cost him. I don't know how it is a publicly traded company and he should just be accepting a salary which is over 2 million per year by the way.

you know no one said kbar was lying about anything i was just saying he is always saying its the drivers falt and they didnt follow the rules and so on , if u would read all his quotes . u would know what i meant, and kbar im from mo. and im proud to be a mo. hick as u say. and i do write in english , i think u just cant understand. so dont put other down , and it dont matter how u write on here just figure it out and if u cant then dont quote. on what they have to say simple as that,

 

you are right he does it to some times too so i dont know why he as to put someone else down because they use a short way to write and call them a hick from missouri. i spelled that out so he can understand. im from missouri. and proud of it,

 

you are right not every driver fits at every carrier. but you also dont know what happened to some of the drivers that worked for marten. and you are not the one that marten messed up the lifes of these divers. that keeps them from getting a job driving for another carrier. because of the lies marten tells on them yes i said lies, im not saying kabar is lying im saying he needs to realy know the facts first before he puts another driver down . and says he didnt go by the rules. marten so call set. for every driver
