I’am not fond of aluminum frames one thing is bolts in aluminum add some years and corrosion and you earn every turn with the wrench when you unbolt anything I personally prefer Air leaf over air track especially if your off of a paved road

The rust jacking between the steel liner and the aluminum frame was actually starting to distort the frame flanges. Steel and aluminum don't play well together, especially with all the crap on the roads in the winter now.Feedman, broke down plumber and Last Call Thank this.

The the fretting isnt bad the deck cut will also fix liner fretting.
If the fretting is bad enough decking the block wont fix it they will counterbore it to the first shim size usually .032. If the fretting is still there they will just keep cutting for a bigger shim. They will know how how much needs to be done.Feedman, High Stepper, wore out and 2 others Thank this. -
My brakesaver had loose o-rings inside the pickup strainer. Still scratching my head on that one too.Big Road Skateboard, Feedman, Magoo1968 and 5 others Thank this.
