Do they REALLY still have the little white ranger with the tiny W/S decals fading off on the side?? That thing was on its last leg 5 years ago!

The problem with that now, is that with CSA2010 you still get the points on you record, and thats something Im not willing to do.

 

So much has changed, I did not know that. A fine like that should go against the owner of the truck, not the driver as long as they told the company in advance. If points are added by the companies fault now, refuse. I remember lots of fines treated as an extra tax as long as it was not a moving violation. Also can permits be bought at scales?

I know in this bis a driver has to find ways to pass the buck or responsibility to the company and give them the option to move loads or the driver can be sitting around. Just comes down to working with the company, but sounds like it might be harder these days.

 

Back on the road tomorrow. Got a pre-plan for tm while I'm sitting at home, gotta love that. I'll be heading down to LA with some sugar. So look out for me in a few days.

Got my tags, had a load to Chicago area and a pre-plan for when I finished that. I'm now at the shipper waiting to get loaded and then on to Utah, via the Iowa 80 Truck Stop and the Sapp Bros Truck Stop in Cheyenne, WY.

 

Where in Chicago are you loading?

 

Cool deal im at General mills waiting to be loaded now, these guys are dicks... our appt time says 7am-7pm.. I show up at 4PM and they tell me since I cant make the appt time on time I can wait.. Wow... anyway im heading for Spokane to trade trucks yet again.. hopefully to my final truck. hahha...
