I'm having same issue 2023 T880. 87k been going on 8 months now. Sounds like you've gotten more answers than I have. Only took 9 times at the local dealer for them to tell me the regen history looks perfect. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this.

 

Passive regens that last about 15 minutes are normal. These new trucks don’t like to be idled for long and will regen every 2-3 hours if you do.
Full on regens last about an hour and won’t happen very often unless you idle the crap out of it.

fwiw the OP finally got his problem resolved..just have to go back and look at his last reply.

 

I am having same issues. Peterbilt 389 2019 X15 changed DOC, DPF FILTER, injectors been tested pass.. mechanic still telling me change 6 of the injectors. Please advise if anyone resolves the issue

@towtrucker mention he changed the regen switch. Is it in dash the switch we use for park regen?
