I would look at another insurance provider.

 

The way insurance companies work, I'd say this is a problem where you need to sit down face-to-face with a company representative.

 

Only if done as any employee, file, drug screen, W-2, etc.

 

Once again, eveyone with authority get in with a truck savy insurance broker.

All the broker needs to do is call one of the company underwriters and have a chat, problem solved in minutes.
