sorry Appellate Court turned it down, found , Judge was in line with the law. You may petition the Supreme Court to Review the Appellate Courts Decision, but IMO, they`ll reject it. HA HA HA,

 

The only thing the Appellate Court does is Review the Judges Decision. Supreme Court does not waste there time. HA HA HA

 

For the Appellate court they only look for something the Judge did wrong. 10% of all cases get overturned. BUT, you have the right to go to the next step and that is the Supreme Court. Save your money, going to get expensive.

 

Your going to Hire an Attorney , they will Subpoena your companies files. file for an appeal, takes 90 days. Set Trial date. Everything i posted is After a trial and verdict is declared.
